PROJECT FINANCE SPECIALIST
Job Description
• 4-6 years experience in Corporate/Project Finance departments of Financial Institutions, Audit Companies or Consultancy Firms
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, preferably with MBA or MS in Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Team-player, self-motivated, rigorous, with a constructive and critical mind
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications (especially MS-Excel)
• Completed military service for male candidates

Required Skills
• Project finance analysis, including financial modeling, cashflow forecasts and scenario analysis
• Structuring of project finance transactions, handling technical, financial and legal due diligences, processing credit files and legal documentation
• Execution of project finance transactions
• Transaction follow through, including periodic financial reporting to participating financial instutions and management consultancy to project companies
• Financial statement and financial information analysis and interpretation
• Perpetuation of relationship with foreign banks, legal and technical advisors


Budget and Planning Specialist

Job Description
- Manage and Drive Profitability: Performs analysis that aids in the decision-making process and increased profitability for the division;
- Works with management to identify opportunities for profitability enhancement. Monitors monthly progress against budgets/targets and works with department managers to ensure accountability;
- Reviews risks and opportunities of plans with financial management; - Monitors that working capital is efficiently and effectively being used (inventory and AR focus);
- Develops and monitors appropriate metrics focused on the P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow;
- Evaluates and performs financial analysis on new business opportunities, which include analysis of scenario and investment alternatives;
- Financial Analysis & Counsel: Prepares and/or leads the timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget and forecast, and to ensure integrity of the financial statements;
- Actively interprets and reviews financial results with business managers, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses. - Ensures management is educated on use and interpretation of financial reports and metrics;
- Identifies and/or develops relevant management reporting and analytical tools. Verifies that financial activity is recorded in accordance with GAAP. Researches financial anomalies and makes corrections as necessary;
- Internal Controls: Participates in the Performance Management Team's support of the Corporate and Region Controlling Team's ultimate responsibility for the integrity of the financial statements (management and statutory) and compliance with US GAAP;

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial analysis;
- Financial/strategic planning, accounting, and budgeting;
- An advanced degree or accounting certification may be acceptable in lieu of 2 years experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations;
- Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives;
- Strong information seeking skills and drive to make things happen
